Logistics Summit Hannover and Coronavirus

In close cooperation with the Hanover authorities and Deutsche Messe AG, we have developed a COVID-19 measures catalogue that regulates interactions at our event. We look forward to welcoming you and being able to offer the full event experience in accordance with the regulations in spite of the current situation. One particularly important topic is masks. Masks must be worn anywhere where minimum distance cannot be maintained. Our planning is spacious, so this will not be the case in all areas. You can of course wear your mask whenever you like.

For exhibitors:

We will place hand sanitiser dispensers in all public areas.
Keep your mouth and nose covered when the minimum distance cannot be guaranteed.
We systematically record all event attendees.
We will inform all attendees about the safety and hygiene measures in place.
We will ensure that attendees can maintain the necessary distance.
We make it possible for attendees to clean their hands regularly and sufficiently.
Avoid shaking hands.
We protect our employees and partners by adhering to the SARS-COV-2 occupational safety standards.
Inform your colleagues of all these measures.

Over the past few months, we have pulled out all the stops to find a solution so that Logistics Summit can take place in a difficult year like this.

Today we can finally present that solution: spread over 15,000m 2 at Hannover Messe.

The previous location in Hamburg did not allow for implementation of the necessary measures to contain the spread of Covid-19. To ensure that your health and that of all participants is not endangered, we have found a great alternative in Hall 2 of the Hannover Messe – with plenty of distance, disinfection and masks, of course.

We really look forward to seeing you on 1 October in Hanover and having a great trade fair and conference in spite of these difficult times!
