Kai Först studied economics in Cairo, Edinburgh, St. Petersburg and Witten/Herdecke, where he graduated with a Master’s degree. During his studies, research visits took him from Baku to Cambridge (USA). Professionally, he has become familiar with many aspects of everything from corporations to start-ups. Growing up in a family full of entrepreneurs, he always had the goal of becoming self-employed. Most recently, he founded the Berlin tech start-up PEALO. Today he is managing director of clothing retailer NORTEX in Neumünster, which he has held a share in since 2013.
