Decarbonization of heavy-duty transport
The logistics sector is undergoing a major transformation: decarbonizing heavy-duty transport is no longer a distant goal—it’s happening now. BioLNG already demonstrates how significant CO₂ reductions can be achieved today; in this area, the groundwork has been done. As an additional option, HVO (Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil) offers a flexible, drop-in solution for existing fleets, enabling immediate impact with minimal adjustments. Meanwhile, battery-electric drivetrains are gaining traction, especially for short- and medium-haul operations in urban and regional distribution.

10:15 What SMART Packaging and Skinny Jeans Have in Common
What do smart packaging and skinny jeans have in common? Both
fit like a glove, save material, and simply leave out anything superfluous
! While the fashion world celebrates the comeback of the slim fit,
the packaging industry is also increasingly focusing on efficiency, accuracy of fit,
and style. Smart packaging envelops products as precisely as a
perfectly fitting pair of jeans – no room for hot air or unnecessary
ballast. This saves resources, reduces costs, and ensures a
sustainable approach to the shipping process. In this presentation, you will learn
why it is worth leaving oversized boxes and baggy solutions behind
and instead relying on tailor-made, intelligent
packaging concepts. Because: The perfect fit is not only
an asset in the wardrobe – it also makes a
decisive difference in logistics.Presentation:

What if employees suddenly became actively involved in the topic of leadership?
Managers receive regular training on the topic of leadership. Everyone has an idea of what strategy to use in the team to get the best possible results. The catch is that not everyone is equally good at taking employees on an appropriate journey as part of “day-to-day” leadership or communicating what exactly the manager is trying to achieve with their behavior.
Employee Integrated Leadership: Managers actively involve their employees in the topic of leadership. Specific goals are discussed. How these are to be achieved. What requirements the manager has of the employees. In return, the employees explain what they expect from leadership. Under what conditions does each individual achieve the best possible performance. Together, a corridor is created in which maximum efficiency can be achieved in the work process.

In this masterclass, AM Logistic Solutions demonstrates how the targeted combination of AutoStore, the MOVU shuttle system, as well as conveyor and crane technology creates a scalable and highly automated overall solution. The system was implemented in a machinery center for solid wood processing – with a focus on continuous material flow, modular expandability, and maximum supply security within the supply chain. 14:30 Retrofit Future Workshop – from analysis to a jointly defined roadmap
Intralogistics systems that were built 10 or more years ago are expected to continue to be used for at least another 10 years. However, technology changes significantly over such a long period of time. Components are discontinued, expertise regarding components and systems disappears, new concepts in IT and OT are developed, .... All of these issues mean that system operators are forced to carry out retrofits. Due to the ever-increasing integration of IT and OT, focusing on individual components or trades is often the wrong approach and can lead to excessive additional costs. Likewise, the costs of a retrofit are often so high that simply “ keeping the functionality” is not enough. The retrofit must add value to the systems or adapt them to new requirements.
In order to address these many challenges together, viastore conducts a “future workshop” with its customers. In this workshop, all risks and opportunities are considered collectively in order to jointly develop a target scenario for the system. Once the goal has been defined, a roadmap is developed together to show how to get from the current situation to the target situation.

15:00 Powering automation 24/7: wireless charging and contactless energy on the move
How do you power mobile robots and industrial vehicles — without disrupting workflow or relying on cables?
In this masterclass, Richard van den Dool explores how wireless opportunity charging and contactless power transfer are reshaping industrial automation. He will demonstrate how ENRMOVE, the wireless charging system by ENRX, enables fully automatic, cable-free charging during routine stops — turning idle time into productive uptime. Whether it’s a forklift at a loading dock or an AGV at a station, energy is transferred seamlessly and without manual handling.
In parallel, Richard introduces PWRMOVE, a high-efficiency, contactless power supply for rail-guided systems. This technology delivers continuous power during motion — eliminating exposed conductors, wear, and maintenance issues found in traditional power rails. The result: uninterrupted 24/7 operation for EMS lines, sorters, and shuttles, even in the most demanding industrial environments.Presentation:
