Sebastian Kraft is the Head of the Mercedes-AMG engine manufactory in Affalterbach, responsible for overall production, as well as quality, logistics management and planning for AMG engines. With many years of international leadership experience in Germany, China, the USA, and Egypt, he has successfully implemented numerous projects in operations and strategic site development. In addition to his role at Mercedes-AMG, Sebastian Kraft is currently pursuing a PhD at the University of Stuttgart (IFT).
