Vanessa Eller

Vanessa Eller is Senior Project Manager of Kulturwandel@Logistik, the cultural change initiative of all Otto Group logistics companies. She is convinced that a change in corporate culture leads to a win-win situation for employees and organizations - and is absolutely necessary in order to remain competitive in the future! Initially, it was the German automotive industry with the topics employee motivation on the assembly line and gamification that inspired the industrial and organizational psychologist. After Vanessa Eller developed employer brands as a strategy consultant at the Deutsche Employer Branding Academy, she wanted to experience a strong employer brand herself and promote cultural development. In 2018, she therefore joined the Otto Group's central Kulturwandel 4.0 team, supporting cultural transformation processes and Kulturwandel@Logistik. In 2022, Vanessa Eller finally moved to Supply Chain Management with Kulturwandel@Logistik, bringing the topic even closer to the Otto Group's holistic logistics strategy.
