Vanessa Eller is an expert in New Work within logistics and serves as Senior Project Manager for Cultural Change@Logistics at the Otto Group. She supports and shapes the Group-wide, participative cultural transformation within the logistics companies, responding to changes such as digitalization, market volatility, and increasing customer expectations. By building a Group-wide community, Vanessa Eller creates the cultural foundations for a changing world of work, as well as for the effective integration of robotics solutions into logistics operations.

Her professional background includes positions in the German automotive industry and strategy consulting. Since 2018, she has been with the Otto Group and contributed to the central Cultural Change 4.0 team, helping to establish the company’s cultural transformation process. This experience now feeds directly into her practical work in logistics.
