Gina Semmelhack is Team Lead in Partner Management at SIRUM. SIRUM stands for the web-based transportation management system with relationships with customers and partners at eye level. Gina ensures smooth collaboration between SIRUM and its partners to meet industry and customer requirements. She sees herself as a kind of "logistical pairing consultant" in that she is responsible for communication and cooperation between transport companies, SIRUM and technology partners, such as freight exchanges, general cargo networks, route optimizers, document automation technologies and telematics providers. Its key function is to harness networks and strengthen relationships with partners and customers so that the various systems work together seamlessly. This is the only way to future-proof this complex industry to a modern standard and make the transport management of logistics companies more efficient and digital.
