Tobias Herwig is Managing Director of fischer Consulting in the fischer group of companies and host of the podcast “Fabrik der Zukunft”, one of the largest German-language podcasts on industrial production. He is an experienced manager and opinion leader in the field of production, logistics and Industry 4.0. In previous positions as Business Unit Manager for Factory Planning and Manager in a software company in the field of digitization in production, he has helped shape the factories of tomorrow and gained extensive practical experience. He is also a university lecturer for factory planning at DHBW CAS.
