I made my education at a family owned carrier and added some further education as a specialist in purchasing and logistics. I have been working in various logistics functions in UPM GmbH since 2006, and at UPM Biochemicals as Senior Manager Supply Chain Planning & Execution since November 2020. In our green field project, I am completely building everything from scratch: the teams, the processes, the IT. #OneTeam is absolutely priority for me – we can only overcome this challenge as a team – and I am glad that I have a very diverse team. If we want to make the logistics more interesting for woman, it takes a joint effort here from everyone.
