Oliver Kraftsik
Douglas
"Self-made" is the best description for Oliver Kraftsik. He acquired his operational toolset at Amazon where he started his logistics career as Area Manager. Without ivy-league degree, he progressed through the Amazon hierarchy faster than the famous "Pathway" candidates. After he broke the Amazon world record in 2016 (1,25mio units sent from a single Amazon FC within 24 hours), he launched the first Amazon robotics FC and then started for The Hut Group (THG) as Group Head of Global Operations. Having worked for ASOS afterwards, Oliver lastly worked for the well-known German omnichannel beauty retailer Douglas as SVP Supply Chain. Apart from Leadership, Intralogistics and Last Mile, Oliver is engaged at MentorMe, the biggest and fastest growing Mentoring programme for women in the DACH region.
