In 1998 my business partner and I founded Sovereign Speed GmbH. Back then we were 10 employees, today we have over 750 employees at 19 European locations. Sovereign has been a good teacher to me for almost 22 years. Our secret is that over the years we have reinvented ourselves again and again and have found a mixture of innovation, quality, reliability and assertiveness in the challenging transport market. The real secret, however, is our familiar, personal and almost friendly relationship with our employees, partners and customers.
