Carsten Siebe

Carsten is an adept of the European logistics market. He graduated German Foreign Trade and Commerce Academy (DAV) in Bremen and worked successfully in senior management positions of European logistics networks over the last 20 years. As managing director of EURODIS GmbH he built up a European distribution network from 2008 to 2014 by incorporating leading European players. He continued his international activity in the b-to-c segment and headed the European Network of Hermes Europe, a company of Otto Group Hamburg. Three years ago he founded Focus Four, an Executive Search Boutique for the global supply chains in the FMCG, e-commerce and logistics segment. Focus Four stand for industry know-how, a multi-stage selection process and sustainable placements including onboarding support. His YouTube channel #SupplyChainLeadershipBulletin deals with leadership and corporate culture in logistics. In 2020 he initiated the virtual Sushi Bowl, the first live streamed Kitchen Talk for supply chain and logistics.
