Sven Pauer

1&1 Logistik

Sven Pauer has been working for 1&1 since more than ten years. Currently he´s responsible for the Logistics Strategy & Development Departement. In addition to classical key account management for parcel shipping and repair service providers, his team is responsible for several customer care and logistics processes. Furthermore he focuses on strategic, innovative products and services regarding flexibility and transparancy during delivery, return and repair processes. The goal is to align at customer needs and to design easy and customer friendly processes.
