In my current position as Head of Purchasing & Logistics, I am responsible for around 75 employees and a purchasing volume of over 60 million euros per year. The focus is on the inventory and cost-optimized, secure supply of production. Compared to my previous activities, both customer and supplier origins focus 80% on the DACH region. We handle the entire internal logistics with our own employees, the shipping logistics are coordinated by us and handled by various partners. At full capacity, we collect around 300 tons of paper a day at the Thuringia site, which is printed and processed in up to 7 production steps in-house into books and brochures. ... and have to be sent to our customers.
