Andreas Kirchheiner
AIS alfaplan
Andreas Kirchheiner is managing director at AIS alfaplan, a company with focus on logistics IT. He was born in Copenhagen in 1962. After his degree in computer science at Copenhagen Technical University, he went to France and got his MBA degree at the renowned Business School INSEAD. Andreas worked as a management consultant at McKinsey & Co., changed to Daimler AG and was appointed managing director at the telematics company AIS in 2004. From formerly 13 employees his company has been growing continuously: in 2020 AIS took over the alfaplan GmbH, a provider of logistics tour planning & optimization solutions, and became one of the leading companies for logistics IT under the new company name AIS alfaplan – with now 75 employees.
