In the search for answers to the big questions of our time, we need organizations which encourage participation and contribution. As project manager for Kulturwandel@Logistik, I guide a community of committed facilitators throughout the Otto Group. Our goal is to change the framework of our colleagues in Otto Group Logistics. The new framework will be characterized by the possibility to influence results, to experience the appreciation of competencies and relatedness.
I am convinced that we will find the best solutions if we involve everyone in the team and empower them to make use of their potential. With this belief, I am committed to ensure that "self-determination" at work does not remain a "privilege" for colleagues with desks. We have just started our journey and are looking forward to leveraging synergies and learning from each other!
