He is managing the global developments in the area of order management, freight management and supply chain analytics within the business unit Air and Ocean. ISC supports big shippers to adopt global supply chains with the help of latest technology. This leads to an optimization of service, cost, emissions as well as the optimization of working capital and inventory levels across the end2end supply chain. Joachim is convinced that real customer value can be achieved by combining latest technology with logistics execution know-how around the world.
