Patrizia Schwalbe

As Group Logistics Director, Patrizia Schwalbe is responsible for the logistical management of raw materials within the Aurubis Group and for transport management for raw materials, intermediates and refined copper products within Aurubis AG. Group Logistics establishes group-wide standards and procedures to ensure a time- and cost-efficient supply to the plants and customers.

Patrizia Schwalbe holds a degree in industrial engineering with a focus on technical logistics. Before joining Aurubis in 2018, she held various management positions in project management and supply chain management. Her focus is on the digitalization of logistics processes at Aurubis, also with the use of AI. Currently, her team is working on the introduction of a group-wide timeslot process and on expanding the tracking & forecasting of transport processes.
