Stefan Dörr is CEO of NODE Robotics. After studying mechanical engineering with a focus on software development, automation and control engineering and many years of experience as a team leader at Fraunhofer IPA, he founded the startup in 2020. There is a fascination in autonomous systems and especially mobile robots due to the enormous potential and challenges in practice. Overcoming these difficulties through analytical approaches and innovative approaches from research and challenging the current state of affairs is what drives him and his team at NODE Robotics.
