Adrian Bühring is Head of Ergonomics at Predimo GmbH and responsible for all matters relating to industry & logistics. Adrian Bühring has many years of experience as a medical technology engineer in the research and development of rehabilitation systems. Since mainly people have used these developed systems due to physical overloads at work, a thought was strengthened in him that something can be done urgently preventively already at the workplaces. He is convinced that transparency is the key to the New Work in logistics and brings together with his team the topics of physical overload as a KPI, change management through gamification and profitability in terms of processes and productivity.
