Julius Köhler

Julius Koehler is a co-founder and Chief Business Development Officer at sennder. Julius started his career at the automotive giant Daimler before working at Roland Berger, Hugo Boss, Porsche, and McKinsey & Company. In the years running up to sennder, he was Senior Director of Business Development for Watchmaster and afterwards leading the sales initiatives at Styla. Since its foundation in 2015, sennder has grown into Europe’s leading digital freight forwarder. Under David Nothacker, Julius Koehler and Nicolaus Schefenacker’s leadership, over 12,500 connected trucks will move over 1m shipments throughout Europe in 2021 alone. Headquartered in Berlin, Germany, sennder has over 850 employees across 8 European offices. To date, sennder has raised over $ 350m from esteemed investors. Julius holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Business and an MBA. He started working with David Nothacker and Nicolaus Schefenacker in 2016, all of whom worked at Roland Berger.
