Roland Lazina, Head of Global Logistics Management at tesa SE, is in charge for the operational and stragecial global steering of in- and outbound traffic as well the central warehouse in Europe.
Before he joined tesa in 2020 he digitalized operational processes with focus on the last mile along the transport chain of a big german parcel network.
Agile, x-functional and customer/user oriented working methods are the basement of his working style.
Product development, digitalization and disruption of conventional process belong to his passion.
Over 15 year experiences in Logistics in all means of transport as well as close cooperation with poduct owners, software developers, UX/UI designers and data scientists are a very solid base.
