"For a climate neutral living" - Matthias Schäuble, as Head of Supply Chain Management, is responsible for purchasing, supply chain and fleet management at thermondo GmbH, Germany's largest heating contractor in the field of heating renovation for one and two family houses, since more than three years. thermondo GmbH employs over 700 people nationwide - including over 400 of its own heating engineers - and is specialized in the installation of CO²-neutral heat pumps. The robustness of its supply chain has enabled thermondo GmbH to achieve annual growth rates averaging 50% in recent years, despite major upheavals in its procurement markets. The goal is to achieve the highest reliability in site deliveries for end customers and own installers, in order to provide both a unique customer experience and a high utilization rate.
