Stefanie Kraus
Loady
Stefanie is co-founder of Loady, a new standardized platform for logistics requirements that BASF has been developing in its incubator Chemovator since the end of 2021.
Stefanie started as digital business designer at BASF in 2018. Since then, she has been in active exchange with the specialist departments and business experts identifying and validating digital opportunities to increase sustainability and efficiency along the chemical value chain, and to improve cooperation.
Stefanie has a master's degree in political science and German literature, as well as a master's degree in business administration and finance. She started with her own business ideas early on and is an expert when it comes to introducing new software solutions to new markets and setting up new organizations. She lived in Spain for several years, where she was responsible for the market entry of Qlik (Nasdaq: QLIK) as a start-up in 2002. In 2006 she was awarded "Mejor Directivo" in the SME category for her work. In the years that followed, as Territory Manager at Netmanage (Nasdaq:NETM), she was primarily responsible for key account support, while at the same time teaching marketing, sales, communications and business planning in various business schools.
From 2012, Stefanie was responsible for her own team of business and organizational consultants in the areas of change management and blended learning at bridgingIT. She was also key accounter for BASF. In her opinion, career and personal development come naturally when you listen to and react to the needs of customers and your own professional challenges. A structured and professional approach is just as important to her as inspiration, creativity and vision. The fact that she now moderates design sprints herself, builds prototypes and is certified in Scrum, Change Management, Design Thinking and Lego Serious Play is simply a part of Stefanie's work.
