Enver Cetin heads the Process and Digital Excellence unit within the Andreas Schmid Group. At the medium-sized logistics and freight forwarding company based in Gersthofen near Augsburg, he and his team are responsible for optimizing and digitizing processes and workflows. In doing so, the company relies both on the use of innovative technologies and on cooperation with startups.
Enver Cetin has a degree in business informatics and, prior to his current role, was responsible for automating business processes in various areas of the Andreas Schmid Group. His focus is on structured process management before the actual digitization - in line with the motto "lean before digital". Only in this way can real challenges be overcome sustainably.
