Steven van Cauteren

After completing a BA in Office Management, Steven Van Cauteren, originally from Belgium, began his career in the License Management Department at Microsoft Deutschland. His continued interest in software then led him to a job with FreightTech pioneer TIMOCOM in 2010. He started in the Customer Care Department, where he was introduced to logistics industry customers and their needs. In 2011, Steven became a Key Account Manager, taking on responsibility for acquiring and supporting key transport and logistics industry accounts from all across Europe. He assisted customers as they optimised and integrated their transport processes, focusing in particular on connecting customer systems to TIMOCOM’s Smart Logistics System. Starting in 2016, he took over the Key Account & Partner Management Department and, just recently, the new Realtime Transport Visibility Solutions Department. Steven also has an excellent reputation within the industry, and is well known for his expertise. As such he is often invited to speak at conferences, events, trade fairs and on podcasts.
