Claudia Proß has been part of Flip GmbH since May 2020, where she acts as team leader of Customer Success Engineering. In this role, she is responsible for organising the implementation and execution of integration projects with major customers that significantly expand our product. In addition, her team is responsible for all technical questions and issues of the customers in the sales and during the implementation process. After some time at Deutsche Telekom, the focus of her work was in the logistics industry. For three years, she supported SVG Süd, a service provider for transport logistics, in order to gain deep insights into the world of logistics, first in the insurance sector and later in training and further education.
