Dr. Timo Eßer works at ALDI SÜD as Director Warehouse Operations with his team in the areas of SCM operations & transformation. His practical experience covers the areas of supply chain management, people, data science, procurement, project management, sales and consulting. As part of his part-time doctorate in the field of industrial and organizational psychology, he was a research fellow at the Witten Institute for Family Business at the University of Witten/Herdecke. He is a certified systemic & design thinking coach.
