Fabio Vivarelli

My name is Fabio Vivarelli and I would like to introduce myself. I am 33 years old and work as a
department head in the warehouse and logistics department at Würth AG in Arlesheim, Switzerland.
My passion is the automation and digitization of processes. I see these technologies not only as a means
of increasing efficiency, but as the key to a company's future viability. At Würth AG, I have the opportunity
to put my enthusiasm into practice and take our warehouse and logistics management to a new level.
Under my leadership, we have optimized processes, streamlined procedures and used resources in a
more targeted manner - this has led to significant increases in efficiency.
But for me it's not just about technology. I firmly believe that the focus must be on people. My
management philosophy is based on this conviction. For me, motivated and developed employees are
the key to sustainable success. I attach great importance to inspiring my colleagues and achieving the
best results together. Empathy and open communication are particularly important to me.
