Manni comes from the scientific field of AI and machine learning and supported companies, banks and federal authorities in their innovation and modernization efforts, such as the AI- supported prediction of cloud movement in Upper Austria, as part of ÖFFG's PV-Go-Smart project.

At Oracle, Manni is responsible for supporting the modernization of German federal authorities and is active in various Innovation Labs and GovTech Communities in this capacity.
