Katharina has been part of Decathlon's logistics teams in various countries for the past 6 years. In her role as project leader of automation projects, she has initiated and accompanied multiple European mechanisation and optimisation projects which aimed at improving Decathlon's logistics fulfilment processes, ecommerce customer experience, and environmental impact. Katharina has a background in business administration with a M.Sc. in International Project Management from Strathclyde University, Glasgow, Scotland and from MIP Politecnico di Milano, Italy
