Borisav Parmakovic

Borisav Parmakovic, CEO and co-founder of Digicust, began his journey in
transport and logistics in 2014 while studying at DHBW University and working
at DHL Express. His hands-on experience across various departments gave
him a deep understanding of forwarding operations, leading him to focus on
optimizing customs processes using advanced methods and digital tools.
After gaining further expertise at DB Schenker and FedEx, Borisav pursued
studies in Digital Business Innovation and Transformation at IMC University
Krems to master modern customs technologies. Over the past four years, he
and his team raised 2,400,000 € funding and developed AI-driven customs
solutions at Digicust, successfully launching their first products in 2021. Since
then, the startup has scaled by 9x to 500,000 € in ARR to date in 2024. Today,

the company serves 25 clients, processing over 150,000 customs forms an-
nually.
