Richard van den Dool is Vice President Charge at ENRX and brings over 25 years of international leadership in industrial automation, material handling, and e-mobility. Over the past decade, he has played a key role in scaling wireless charging technologies — from early R&D to globally deployed high-power systems — helping position ENRX as a global leader in inductive heating, wireless charging, and contactless power supply for manufacturing, intralogistics, public transport, ports, and maritime sectors.
His leadership is grounded in deep industrial experience. Richard held senior roles at Cascade Corporation (forklift attachments), Fluiconnecto / Manuli Group (hydraulic systems), Nedis Group (electronics distribution), and Markem-Imaje (industrial automation). Throughout his career, he has driven operational excellence and technology adoption across logistics, production, and smart mobility.
