Oliver Kappler has been with Nespresso for six years and is responsible as a Supply Chain Manager for the areas of Demand Planning, Logistics, 3PL Management, and B2C Aftersales for the German market. With his extensive expertise in the FMCG sector, as well as experience in the automotive supplier and retail logistics industries, he places a strong emphasis on data-driven decision-making. To this end, he continuously works with his team on optimizing demand planning by integrating digital tools and considering external influencing factors.
