I have been with James Hardie Europe (formerly Fermacell GmbH) for over 9 years and see the ever-increasing demands on logistics in the building materials industry.
The current challenges lie particularly in fast and timely data transparency for both our internal and external customers.
In order to achieve this as efficiently as possible, we are focusing in particular on inventory accuracy, digital interfaces to our warehouses and freight forwarders and a stable supply chain, both within Europe and from North America.
