I am responsible for global supply chain management at FIBRO. We have production sites
and warehouses in Germany, Italy, India and China, as well as a branch with a dispatch
warehouse in the USA. Maintaining the flow of goods in an increasingly crisis-ridden supply
chain has become a key issue in recent years. Due to the constantly increasing demands,
the transparency of data has become an elementary component of supply chain
management. In order to survive in a turbulent market, we need to drive forward the
transformation into a learning organisation in the areas of inventory planning and logistics.
