Tim Just, CEO Voice Solutions, topsystem GmbH (Member of EPG)

While studying Computer Science and Economics, Tim Just sought practical experience and began in 2006 as a working student in quality assurance at topsystem. There, he quickly learned to combine technical detail knowledge with a holistic perspective and developed a passion for continuously improving processes and solutions. After graduating in 2010, he joined the company as a project manager, taking responsibility in the Healthcare and Voice Solutions divisions. Even then, he demonstrated his particular strength in combining technological expertise with customer focus and communication.

His career path took him through sales – with a focus on major international customers since 2015 – to the executive level. Since 2017, Tim Just has been responsible for the Voice Solutions division within the Ehrhardt Partner Group (EPG), driving the development of LYDIA Voice as a world-leading solution for voice-guided picking. He focuses on close customer partnerships, innovative strength and the shared mission: Smarter Connected Logistics.
