Veniamin Linkin is responsible for managing the internal material flow across two make-to-order production sites, covering everything from incoming goods over production supply to outbound logistics. He also oversees various service providers within the logistics environment. His scope of responsibility includes planning, automation, digitalization and ongoing optimization of logistics processes.
Before taking on this role, he worked as a process planner and also led projects aimed at improving the logistics chain across several production facilities. These projects included the integration of logistics service providers, the optimization of logistics value streams, the procurement of automated storage systems, and the implementation of automated guided vehicle systems from different manufacturers.
Through these experiences, he has developed a broad and deep technical understanding of logistics processes and related applications.
